Job Summary:
We are seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to help oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with all regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations and best practices
- Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized care plans for patients
- Ensure accurate documentation review and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare systems
- Experience in acute care, assisted living, home care, or related settings
- Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and staff development

Pay: $98,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
